You are Not Alone

Being a mom means being a nurturer, a medic, an entertainer, a personal chef, a problem solver, and the list goes on. Yet somewhere in the midst of caring for everyone else, moms can easily lose sight of their own needs.

It has been incredible to witness moms reflect on how showing up for themselves does not take away from being a good parent. In fact, it helps them feel more present, connected, and supported in their role. There is something especially powerful about gathering in person. Women who may have otherwise remained strangers come together, take the brave step of being vulnerable, and discover that although every mom has her own unique experience, there is so much we share.

The result is connection. Understanding. Community. And, perhaps most importantly, the realization that you are not alone. Moms deserve a space that is just for them. A place to be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that taking care of themselves matters, too.

If you have been looking for that kind of space, I would love to welcome you to our next group.
