  • “ The Body, Birth, and Baby Center has had a tremendous impact on me, my family, and especially my journey into motherhood. I first found the Center through Caroline’s HypnoBirthing class, which was one of the most empowering things I did during pregnancy for both myself and my husband. From that moment on, the Center became a trusted and supportive part of our lives. I’ve taken countless yoga classes with Susan, leaned on Lilly for lactation support, and worked with Dr. Lindsay both before and after birth to regain strength. Every provider I’ve met here has been compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s more than just services—it’s a community. I’ve recommended BBBC to friends, made friendships through the Center, and always felt safe, seen, and heard here. I get emotional writing this because this place has meant so much to me over the past year. I’m beyond grateful to have found Caroline and the BBBC. It’s a true gem in our community!” ~Marissa, 1st time mom
