Lilly Seng is the owner of Loudoun Lactation and Education and is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Lilly leads our lactation team here at The Body, Birth and Baby Center. She provides classes and supports families one-on-one with lactation consultations.
Baby Wearing Event
Do you have baby carriers you aren't sure how to use? Or have been curious about others but don't want to spend the money without knowing if you like it? PT Dr. Lindsay and IBCLC, Lilly Seng, will have a variety of carriers for you to try on and will also help better fit yours to you, (partners welcome too) and your baby. We ask you bring your own carriers and also be open to others trying your style out as well!

Our breastfeeding class is a practical yet in depth class designed to get you ready for the first few weeks after baby’s born. We will discuss expectations, managing difficulties, and we will demonstrate positioning & latch. It’s designed as a hands-on experience for couples which will include a show and tell segment regarding pumps, bottles, and other feeding related gear!

Perfect for families who benefit from hands on learning and wish to know what they need in order to prepare for life with a newborn! We will be covering topics like Hygiene, Swaddling, Diapering, Babywearing, Car Seats, Strollers, Newborn Sleep, and more!

We will cover the basics of how to respond when an infant requires rescue breathing, CPR, and choking support. Comprehensive hands on practice will be provided. The practical application of these skills for parents and caregivers is our goal in this class. Come learn skills that are important when caring for an infant and leave feeling prepared!

Preparing Caregivers of all ages! This can be taken as a blended (online/in-person) certification class as well as a class for family members and friends who would like to feel more comfortable about providing care to littles!

We can help you prepare and troubleshoot as needed along the way. Perfect One on One options for parents and partners to discuss what to expect!

In-person consultations include thorough assessments of moms and babies. We use pre and post feed weights, oral function assessments, observe a feeding, troubleshoot, and manage lactation concerns. Latching and positioning techniques are shown and a comprehensive care plan is given based on the feeding goals of the family. In-home and in-office options.

Tara Moyer
Tara is a mom of 2 with a goal to help other new mamas start off strong in their breastfeeding journey. In the hospital setting, she supported inpatient mothers postpartum by providing breastfeeding education and assistance.

Alyssa Mulcahy
Alyssa found her love for lactation after having her daughter in 2022, when she was met with breastfeeding challenges. After working with an amazing IBCLC, she wanted to be able to provide families with the same level of support she received so she began her journey of becoming an IBCLC herself.

Anna Johnson
Anna is a mom of 2 and aims to help moms gain confidence and feel empowered during their postpartum time through offering lactation support, nutrition coaching and fitness services.

Kelsey Dennis
Kelsey is a mother of four children aged 5 to 12, and specializes in feeding multiples, as she was able to exclusively breastfeed her preemie twins and wants to help other new parents do the same.

Lauren is a proud mom of three, a registered nurse with 10+ years of experience at the bedside in the NICU as well as 2.5 years as a NICU nurse educator.
