  • Village of Women

“As much as it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to support a mother, and participating in this group felt like having a tiny little village of women living through the same phase of life. It was an empowering reminder to hear the stories, hardships, and celebrations of other mothers that we are not experiencing motherhood in a vacuum. Dylan was gentle and encouraging in guiding the discussions, and Caroline provides experienced testimony that is nurturing and inspiring. I would continue to meet with this group every month if it were an option. Thank you, once again, to the Body, Birth, and Baby Center for an amazing offering.” Paige O.

  • Brought me great comfort

“I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to sign up! It brought me great comfort to sit with other moms who understand what I'm going through. Conversations in this group felt completely natural, and despite being an introvert, I found myself excited to chime in every week. “ ~Mom of 2

  • Our Home is Calmer

I signed up for the Mom’s of Multiples Therapy Group because I felt like everything was weighing so heavy on me at home, and I knew I wasn’t handling emotions well. There was a lot of anger in general at home from all members of our family. After just 4 sessions, I felt more connected to myself, more in tune with my emotions, and more comfortable talking about what I was feeling in the moment. Our home is so much calmer. I feel more in control, which makes the rest of my family feel more in control. - AH

  • Note from Caroline

    Dear Moms,
I cannot express enough the profound impact these groups have made on the women in our groups this year.  It has been everything I hoped for an more.  THIS is the the support you need.  This in-person connection of shared experiences and guided support is what every mom needs in motherhood.  The private testimonials these moms have shared with me have been so touching.  To know that in just 4 weeks of support they have experienced change in their day to day life, in the relationships and their own self confidence has made me realize these groups have been the missing piece.

These groups are here to stay.  We are stronger together.
    xo, Caroline
